Pay for domains and hostnames, not queries
A hostname is charged because answering for it is the ongoing work. Every domain here is signed, so each answer carries a DNSSEC signature that costs more to compute and more to send than an unsigned one. That cost moves with traffic; your bill does not.
All plans include
- Custom subdomains
- DNS-01 certificate API, including wildcard certificates
- Any CA you like - Let's Encrypt and Google Trust Services by default, any other with a CAA record on your hostname
- Managed certificates: we get them and renew them, if you would rather not
- Your own records under any hostname, through the API: TXT, MX, SRV, CAA, TLSA, SSHFP, HTTPS and SVCB
- Public and private IPv4 and IPv6
- DNS queries, API reads and certificate renewals are never metered, under a fair use policy that covers attacks and abuse
Starter
- ·1 dedicated Starter* domain
- ·5 hostnames
* TLD varies, typically .top, .lol or .site
* A Starter domain is registered for a year and not renewed. We tell you before it lapses, and you claim a replacement, which is a different name.
Choose StarterStandard
TLD varies, typically .com, .net or .dev
Your price holds while the plan is unchanged. Raise or lower either limit whenever you like: a change re-prices the whole plan at the rates in force then, not only the part you moved, so the total can shift by more or less than the change itself. You see it before you confirm.
- Billing is always month to month; cancel any time.
- A card is required before your first hostname, on every plan, including during Starter's free months.
- If you outgrow Starter, your hostnames stay where they are. You claim a Standard domain when you want one and start minting on it; the Starter domain still runs out its year.
